Okay, i saw Shrek 2 yesterday. Overall it was a pretty good movie, but the only thing the didn't eplain is how the Dreamworks boy gets off the moon. He lets go of all the ballons when he gets on it, but how does he get down?

I'm obviously joking. It's a really good movie with no noticable flaw. It's original too, something rare in most children's movies.

I haven't seen any of the Shreks yet, since I thought they were one of those movies with too much of a kid appeal.

My favorite "Kids movie" to the date was Sinbad: Legend of seven seas, because it appeals to the adult audience as well, as well with all the other great stuff about it, like the digital effects, story, soundtrack, characters, artwork, adventure environment, etc.

But I hear more and more people talk about Shrek, and I'm growing more curious each day.
Is it really worth the hype?

I say that it most definitely does live up to the hype. Also, the movie is made for kids, but it has several things that only older watchers would understand.

If they make another... I hope Pinnochio doesn't become a "real girl"...

Yeah, then she can wear men's underwear!

Yeah, I saw S2. Amazing how half the movie they don't show in the previews. Puss was great, especially since Antonio Bandares played as him. And the Knights scene was great.

It's a good movie I suppose?! Never seen the first one, though.

I thought it was the Hunch-back of Notre Dame at first. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

But, I'm sure Eddie and Myers have made many ppl laugh with their cookey catch phrases and dialogue lines. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I dunno. Sinbad felt more like a kiddie movie than the Shrek movies.

The one thing about Shrek that I like is the main characters are ugly. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Gives us normal people someone to identify ourselves with. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif
