"error 102: cannot connect to server"

a friend of mine can't get online with PSO. Whenever she tries, it sits at the "connecting to DNS server" screen for a little bit, then gets an error 102: cannot connect to server. She used to be able to connect, but she had to fix something on her computer, and now she can't. She is on a linksys wireless network, and her GC is connected to the internet via a crossover cable to her PC.

i'm asking for her because she doesn't have an account here. does anyone have advice on this matter? thanks.
