XBox: whats the best way to get a db shield & armor?

i was looking at my drop charts and saw basically every id can get the set. whats the best id & defficulty to get the set and whats the best quests to do to get them quicker?

I would say the Caves Hidoom in Skyly for the shield; and Dark Gunner in Redria for the Armor (Bulclaws are fairly rare/hard to come by).
