I'm gonna be a downer.

The Savitri deck is old and tired, the Ino'lis one needs more/different items since three of them are Vayu, and Harisen with dice fever is just about one of the cheapest "tactics" in the game.

I'd also suggest changing a couple of the deck names, since they could easily give away what type they are.

At least it was constructive criticism. >.>
