EST Time

Can you help me, I don't know when EST Time is.
What would it be in GMT time? For example I am in
GMT -07:00.
Please help me.

This shouldnt be in general, but:

I live in GMT myself, so im at GMT +/- 0

You live in MST, or Mountain Standard Time, which as you say is GMT -7

EST (Eastern Standard Time) is 2 hours ahead of you and 5 behind me, so its GMT -5

CST (Central Standard Time) is GMT -6

Then MST, you, GMT -7

Finally PST (Pascific Standard Time) which is at GMT -8
