Has the worst fucking ending ever, and Kevin Smith can kiss my ass for leaving me with a lack of closure.
ANY director or writer that lets a movie end without closuyre like chasing amy did should be shot.

I wanna know what really happened to Neo's Corpse in the Matrix Revolutions. There's another ending to a movie that really pissed me off....but I can't seem to recall what the movie was. The reason that you had no closure at the end of the movie was simple. It makes the movie's ending even better.

When you are in a relationship, is there necesarilly closure? negative.

That is why you don't find out. It is not a fairy tale. You don't need to know what happens.

Uh... am I the only one who realizes that the whole last five minutes of the movie is closure?

Ending it without closure would have it ending without that comic con at the end of the movie. The characters have all gone through the event of the movie, but we have no idea what happens to them after the climax. However, by throwing in the "one year later" sequence, we learn what has happened after the main story of the movie. Anything after that and we're getting away from the whole plot and theme of the movie and moving into a completely different story.

lets face it, out of all of kevin smiths jay + silent bob movies, chasing amy is the weak link.

the ending wasn't that bad. fair enough it wasn't a happy ending, but it could have been worse.

just go watch dogma again!!!

I will NOT go watch it again, and i am going to slip into denial and not aknoledge that the movie didnt go the way i wanted to, and change the ending in my own reality to make myself happier!
