need help...

its been months since i last played PSO, I barely remember which character classes are good or not.

What I want to ask is, which Force should I make?

I'm used to melee thanks to my dead melee RAmar and Jaks the HUmar. whick is making me thing FOmar

but also, I like long range that i get from Rifles so I might go for FOmarl(ph34r Bazooka speed http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif)

third, I dont want a FOnewearl since those get on my nerves...

So my options are FOmar FOmarl and FOnewm

which do you suggest and with which Section ID?

I'd suggest FOmarl, on a..Purplenum? ID maybe. An ID that has easy access to a Psycho Wand, like from a Mil Lily or Pal Rappy or something.

FOmar is a personal favourite, but FOmarls generally have better stats. Unfortunately, their slower animations (most of the time... don't get started on the bazooka http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) I really can't say make up for it.

I'm not an expert on Force IDs (Strange, that I have all 4 Forces @_@), but my FOmar is Purplenum, and it has served him well.

Using a Holy Ray or a Bringer's Rifle, you can still get your gun fix in with a force and they are pretty good guns. I have fomar, fonewearl and fonewm and I like all three for different reasons. The fomar is supposed to be the melee-fo, but mine isn't strong enough (lvl 94) to be that effective in ultimate yet. But, he's got the look that I was going for. I play with some guys who play a mean fonewm and that has made me excited about bringing mine up to ultimate. I just have to look past the butt and the shoes! I do like the pinkal id for my fonewearl, but prefer redria for the fonewm (fomar is yellowboze simply because of the name = Sitka Flow). That's what I like to use - good luck with your choice!

okay, I beleive a Purplenum FOnewm is in order for me, I con get my Guns in and still have extreme MST.

I have Holy Ray, Angel Harp, and Bringers Rifle which makes it hard for me to pick. Meh, I'll use the BR.

Now about mags, I'm going to make it a Chao, so I wonder, what stats should it have?(after the required stats?)

Finally, the name, and I'm stuck between two names:

Van Muto with four spaces

+Bud Wiser with two spaces


both are Purplenum, and I cant decide.

1) After all the required stats are there, I'd suggest putting the rest of it into power, and putting 1 or 2 God/Arms in your slots instead of on your Mag. 1 slot on a frame is better than 30 levels on your mag, right?

and a pinkal or redria ID at that

Fomar= gi boost x1.3 and grants boost x1.3 and plus range to shifta deband

Fonewm= Gi boost and Ra boost x1.3

Fomarl= Grants boost x1.5 and thats it (which sucks)

You are going to use Ra techs most of the time, and only use Gi techs to fight through a door (cheap way).

Also, you forgot the insanely awesome boost to the FOmarl about the double Shifta/Deband/Resta/Anti range (combine that with a Marina's Bag and Resta Merge http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif).

The FOnewearl is the best at most bosses too, with her 30% boost to basic/simple techs. Combine that with a double Resta range and the auto-piercing Megid, and you are going to be nice online (especially in Episode 2 with the Megid).

Pinkal doesn't find more or better tech disks.
