Some idiot decided to throw away the packet that for Uncle's CD with photoshop and other programs on it that he got when he bought his Wacom drawing tablet.

Those of you that have photoshop know that you need a # in order to install it. Well, Uncle can't find the packet (it had the # on it), so is he pretty much fucked unless he can find the packet?? :/

On a more serious note, yes you need the CD Key provided with your copy of Photoshop. If the box/case was thrown away I don't know where else it could be.
