Anyway... Use Color Pencil Artists have seen em... Tortillions... but... what are they used for? ee; I got 3 of em and i got no clue how to use em!

Seriously, they're used to kinda smudge the pencil marks and make em smoother, more finished looking. You get the same effect if you smear lead pencil marks with your finger. The point of using a tortillion (or a stump, which is pointed at both ends) is that it supposedly works better, and it saves your fingers http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
