Just got it in transformation. My friend said it sucked, but I looked at the Hp+AP/TP and was blown away. I'm working on building a deck centered around it, but I'm not going to start until I hear a few opinions on how good it really is.

I'd say its a decent weapon, but most claw weapons stink to me.

You want decent weapon based deck...
Try a Double Cannon based deck or a MKB & POL deck.

It's all about the abilities.

Umm, yeah you can.
Double Cannon, well...no you can't.
But MKB is either R4 or R3, which you get at least 1 around lvl 10 or so, and POL is a BUYABLE item from Pinz's shop, making it available at clvl 1.

Lightning Partasian COST 3
HP 6 AP 2
TP 1 MV 0
AP Growth

This makes card is a quick AP growth one, dies quick though

Monkey King Bar(R3) COST 4
HP 12 AP 1
TP 1 MV 0
AP Growth

This is 1 AP less, lasts alot longer than POL though

Double Cannon (R1) COST 6*
HP 15 AP 4
TP 6 MV 0
Ripple
Pierce
AC Unable

Its good with techs hit them once to change the tp and ap, it then becomes pretty god with a RAzonde.
