PSOBB: How do you set up the 1-0 keys?

anybody know how to set up the 1 thru 0 keys, displayed at the bottom of the screen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's a guide on this somewhere, I'm sure, but:

Go to customize. Select any action button. Move to the tech/action/item you want to shortcut. Hit the number key you want to shortcut it to. Voila.
