When can I buy Shots and Mechguns in the Weapons Shop?

Depends on your section ID. Skyly, for example, have a difficult time finding Mechs, and are similarly unavailable in shops.

I'm a Yellowboze, which means I should be able to find all types.

Do you know a specific level?

Hmm, mechs are available from around 10-15, and shots on the next big update from there, when you start getting mostly brands and the like in the shops. Not sure on exact level there. I'm not positive, but you may have to be in Hard to be able to purchase them, since the carried goods in the shops are limited by difficulty, regardless of current level.

Level 11 is when the shop first upgrades. I don't recall if Shots show up then, but Mechguns certainly do. The next shop upgrade is at level 26, I believe.
