Its special is lvl 5 Jellen or Zallure. Not very good as I'm hoping any FO with the 900 required MST to equip it would have higher. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I thought it can be use to create a Dancing Hitogata with a Hitogata, too?

I find most of the special attacks that are techiques to be annoyingly useless. Just think about it do you really want to risk a special attack for level 7 zonta or foie. Why bother the special attack should really just be as strong as the attack would be if you cast it normally. Just free of charge.
