So, I was doing your standard ol' forest2whatever level i stop playing at.... on VH. ORAN lvl 74 RAcaseal.

Forest 2 comes along, 25% done with it, then I enter a room/area, from here on out is where it gets semi-lucky.

enter the room. found addslot, killed gobooma, got his arm.
next room (all consecutive), booma claw,
next room Hildebears head.

all within 4 minutes

addslot
gobooma's arm
booma's arm
hildebear head
----------------
4 minutes time within 3 back to back rooms.


I understand these are not extremely rare items, but I'd be shocked if this happens day to day for some people. I thought it was crazy, rares dropping like normal items almost.

I'd say thats pretty decent luck.. well at least if you are still on the lower levels!!

dont get used to it, i used to get a loof rares back in vhard and hard but in ultimate a decent rare drops about once a fortnight or even month

I think the closest I've come to that was finding a rappy wing in 2 player, then 2 in the next room. And a fourth about 30 mins later. (Unfortunately, I only have one character who can use the dang fan...)

You might find a lot more enemy parts going through VH forest. Before the Towards the Future quest was up, I'd do forest and Heat Sword my way to 80. The stat "luck" only effects the frequency of critical hits. It does not have anything to do with item drops.

i get 2 rares a forest run on average, which brings my justys up to about 9 million

just to answer to the person with the avatar almost like mine, luck is onlly a way to get more critical, if it was effecting drop rate then my RAmrl with 100 base luck would get a bit luckier i think!

and that seems about normal to get those rares in a day! try 3 stink frames 2 hildebears haeads, 1 hildeblues 3 rappy wings, booms arms and thats about it(all in an hour)pity it was in v.hard(crapy drops most of the time)
