XBox: Finding Mono and Digrinders?

I am very new to PSO (Xbox version if it matters) - I have my first character up to level 34 now. At first I found plenty of grinders (I have my first rifle up to 64 now). However, now that I want to move a Sniper up with grinders, I find none at all. I haven't found any at all in easily 15 levels (but found them like crazy at first). Is there some secret to finding grinders? I do thank you in advance for any advice you can give. BTW, if it matters I am a REDIA RAmarl.

That is an offline quest right? If so, how do you do it more than once? After I do the offline quests, they are greyed out and I cannot do them again. Or is there a way http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif?

It is an offline quest. You play it again by either:
New difficulty
Beating all the quests for that difficulty (you can select them again)

Another way is not to finish the game. Just don't get you reward and quit the game. If you already finished the quest, than yes you need to finish all of them to do them again.http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
