A friend of mine, playing a RAmarl, noticed that at L33, she has 5 less ATA and 23 less EVP than the PSOCharMngr program on this site indicates a level 30 RAmarl should have. Something's odd...

Not really. They are suggesting that the level up stats are fairly different between PSO: GC/XBox and PSO:BB.

Interesting. The most important stat for non-Techers was changed so much.

Hmm, I should check http://www.iankunx.net/aquaria.png's stats and see where she compares. Though, I think I've used a couple of mats on her. Meh, I'll have a look when I get home, I'm pretty certain on what I've used.

Stats are indeed different, for example, a HUmar can no longer use a saber at level 1 (Much less ATP) I believe they attempted to balance some stuff out to make the individual characters play their class's roles.

Note that Redrias Character Manager uses estimates for some levels... So not all the level stats may be correct.

Jeebus, just did up Arislan, and he's way way off as well. Plus means it's over what I actually have.

ATP +3
DFP Correct
MST +1
ATA +7
EVP +11
LCK Correct

The values may be slightly off, I'm not 100% sure on my materials use, but should be pretty close. I think I'll track with my FOmar since he hasn't used any mats yet when I level him, and see what happens.

Yes, it does use some estimates, but notfor levels that are multiples of 5 (the starter of this thread used level 30). The only thing that may be offthere is the ATA by one point.
