is it true that they are going to make a new difficulty mode above ultimate? i heard rumors about it and i dont know if its true or not.

Not likely. Blue Burst doesnt have any difficulty above that coded in, and addition of a new skill would mean new item drops as well. There is however, going to be an additional level and enemies, and possibly some more items in Blue Burst. No possibility in GC or XBox version though.
