EP3-Quest: Card Rewards?

It says in the guides you can get rewards from certain quests...
I'm playing the PAL version and I ain't got one of those cards yet!
To add to that it says some quest have a cutscene afterwards but I have only seen one out of the 5 quests that I've done which are meant to have cutscenes...
Help anyone?!

The cut scenes depend on which character you use. Most of the quests that have cutscenes require certain characters to be used.

The extra cards are the cards you get from beatng the quest (since you can do the sidequest and real quests), and speak to characters after you beat their character mission and the "Mission Killer" mission to get that card.

Hmmm what if I were to do more quests before I spoke to those team members? How would I be able to get the reward cards?
