GC: help with pso plus online hookup

i just got the game today and im trying to hook the online part up. the problem is its in japanese and the guides for japan version 1.1 are useless. the layout is completely different from the old 1.1 version. can anyone help with this preblem?

can anyone help me with this problem please. i know people own pso plus so someones gotta know. and i have an update. i need some new questions answered:
1.do i need to write the address and everything else in japanese?
2.whats kanji and kani?
3.i was told i have to use a japanese address. so i looked one up but im always having problems with the postal code. can anyone explain to me what im doing wrong?
