PSOBB: PSOBB Enemy Parts

I just found an enemy part online and was wondering how I would turn it into an equipable item. I tried playing the single player mode to unlock Dr. Osto's Research, but there are only the beginning three quests. Any ideas or is it simply impossible right now? Thanks.

to my knowledge it is impossible right now. Only the first three quest are open and the other offline quest are not loaded yet.

::Points to above:: Hes right, not available yet. Just collect them to keep for retail and hope we dont get character wiped.
