MY DREAMCAST IS PATHETIC! HELP ME! :(

My dreamcast can barely play 2 hours without getting so damn hot it will melt...
No i don't block the vents
No it's not on carpet
Only thing is i have a sticker on it that is on the top (the part that pops up when you push open)

I guess you'd be a customer for the add'on fan unit for DC.
Clips at the rear.
You should find it at some online retailers.

i've never seen or heard of that!
don't think they sell it here (OF COURSE! I HAAAAAAAAVE TO LIVE IN HICKVILLE)
even got advice on this and they said clean out the vents. (my vents are clean) or to put it on a book (it WAS on a book)

Nice pic deker, lol. If your dc heats up after two hours does it shut off? cause just because its hot doesn't mean its bad for it. The 4 mb video thingy for the n64 gets extremely hot and it can't be touched. If you don't want to buy a new one then sadly I guess cut back on playing it then.

Is it scalding hot like a frying pan or just warm?

If it's really serious put a house fan next to the Dreamcast if its small enough. So use a table fan or something. I've done this and the unit stayed cool as can be.
