my buddy finnaly got pso, but unfortunetly he got it used. :/ the serial number and access key has already been used...so he cant play online. my queston is, will sega reset the serial number and access key so my pal here can play?

You can try calling sega to get them to reset it, but I've never heard of anyone actually getting them to do it.
Yes, an Ep3 serial will work just fine. Oh, and don't double post, just edit your first one ;P

I heard Ep3 serials o NOT work with Ep1&2.. but it's worht a shot. I was one unlucky guy who got a used Ep1&2, I had to find a new copy.

PSO sn/keys don't matter what game you got it from (or at least shouldn't matter),(Ep 1&2, or Ep 3). Where did you hear that?

If for some strange reason it doesn't work, then at least he got a fairly good game.
