Dark-Suns guide is great, but I'm trying for something a little more ambitious at the moment. So far, all pregame menus are done. I would recommend a 1024x768 or larger resolution for viewing these pages, as that is the res the menus were done at. smaller may be able to view as well, but its not going to look as it should. Working on the ingame menus now, thats going to take quite a while, given the sheer number of images I have to edit to do the rollovers. In any case... Here's the link, check it out, let me know what you think.

I couldn't access this page though and was on another forum. =/

I could have made these more printable. But I think that work. I live in sweden though. The speed can be slow from my site.

1)Both of you need to find hobbies.. you really have to get bored during the day to do this stuff. Oh, and it is a cool work, both.
2)simply, WOW. I did not imagine the "team" system was so complex.

I never stated I was first in what I'm doing, even said "Another" Visual Guide. And agreed, yours is more printable (mine really isnt printable at all), I think we were going for two different things.

Yours is a straight get you going type translation, and works well for that. Mine is something that you can look at and screw around with to really get to KNOW the menus. You see which options are which in Japanese and English, and can click into them to head that way into the menu. That way, when you get into the game, you know exactly where things are placed, because you JUST used them a while before. And if you forget, you can always head off and use the main menu of the guide to get straight to that menu instead of clicking through from the start.

Good structure, but the large pictures make it a bit confusing somehow, even if the monitor is set to 1024x768.
I'd suggest cutting them to half the size like I did in my guide or reduce them to 800x600, makes it easier on the eye since there's less dead space. ^_^

Cept that reducing them to 800x600 at this point would be near impossible. I'd have to go through and resize every image and make sure they fit together again correctly. I'll see if there may be an easier way, but Im not sure that I'll be able to fix things at a lower res. ::shrug:: I'll give it some work.

Just to let you know in the transport dialog shot only the bottom half of the pic shows up.

Arislan, wow. Take it easy. I don't care who makes guides. Nice work. =D I only translated the new and crucial options with a friend. =) I needed them too. =)

I have done alot of guides. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Advanced IME Guide

Want to write with kana and romanji? Then follow these steps. The IME in XP and the one you download is both the 2002 version.

Open up "Properties for Microsoft IME Standard”.
On the first page press ”Advanced”.
Search for ”ToggleAlphanumeric”. Press it, then press ”Assign”.
Choose [Ctrl]+[1].
Search for ”ToggleKana”. Press it, then press ”Assign”.
Choose [Ctrl]+[2].

Now in-game, you can switch between kana languages with [Ctrl]+[2] and Romanji types with [Ctrl]+[1]. You can still use [Alt] + [~] to get to the alphanumerical setting without spellchecking. But it will disappear everytime you go into the menu.
