PSO on PS2? Thats odd. I subscribe to Game Informer magazine and I haven't read a thing about PSO coming to the PS2. O well.

Umm, you notice that this little article was around before E3, and there was no announcement. This whole thing was just wishful thinking on the part of a few people that got blown up a bit big. VERY likely is that someone heard Phantasy Star bandied about GDC, and thought immediately PSO, when they were talking about the rereleases of the original PS games. Which, BTE are currently tentatively slated for release in the US as what was that? Phantasy Star Trilogy? Hmm.. Coincidence?

Not likely. Plus was a mechanism for getting the left over copies of 1.0 off the store shelves in Japan, which worked pretty well. The likelyhood of seeing it hit any other shores is pretty near nil.

hmm so you like everyone else is a pesimist i take it ? well not everyone just alot of the people i have talked to say it'll never happen. which i've heard that about alot of stuff and yet it does come to pass lol but ok if you say so.

Oh, I very much wouldn't mind PSO+ hitting US and EU shores, but really, when you look at it from a marketing standpoint, Sega doesnt have very much to gain. Although, then again, if they actually MARKETED the game, unlike the past releases, they may get some sales out of it. I guess it comes down to the fact that ST just realy doesn't care about their non JP sales in regards to PSO. They've shown it time and time again on DC, and most recently, with the lack of support for EU and US PSO Ep 3.

yeah i guess but still considering how bad things are online sometimes with pso i think if they released pso+ alot of people would be happy and the company might make something from it.
i don't like really how they made ep3 and pushed pso aside i never played ep3 and got tired of dueling games played yugioh alot lol.

i was hoping they would come out with another multi-co-op game like this cuz me and my friends don't care for fighting each other no point but working as a team is more fun for us.
