Addictive Online Games

It started with PSO Gamecube at almost 9 dollars a month, no biggie there. I finally convince my friends to get it and boom, Blue Burst comes out. At this point I am obligated to play GameCube for my friends that are now on, as well as Blue Burst, around 18 dollars a month. About a week ago I went to a friends house and played some City of Heroes (which by the way is an extremely addictive game) and found myself picking it up the very next day. It alone is around 15 dollars a month, which brings me to the unearthly total of 33 dollars at 12 times a year. In 10 years that is almost $4,000.00. What has this world come to? My future will be deprived due to online gaming!

I pay for UO, Horizons and if some friends get into it and get the time to play, City of Heroes. No biggie if you have a job, and if necessary, abstain from other things.

I haven't had a problem so far, and I pay a $50 a month cable ISP bill, as well as $150 for a month of medication.

As well as a X-box LIVE yearly subscription.

So, yeah, Ive been a consumer whore, and likely will remain that way. My current online spending habits place me at 27 a month, not including net charges. My all time high was 52, when I had RO, GC PSO, SWG, and Horizons all running at once.

I would not be able to play for more than one single online game ever.
