how do you get it? my friend is asking if i can get it for his level 60 humar.

I found it. You just have to kill 1000 enemies in Episode 2 on ULT, then go beat Olga Flow, and it only works if you solo Olga Flow, and you have to be Oran. And even that has a 1/2361 chance of dropping, and if it does drop you have to grab it in 10 seconds or your game will FSOD and delete your characters.
