- All card stat changes are in the PAL version as default (e.g. Red Slime HP 6, AP 3, TP 3).
- All game updates are in the PAL version (e.g. Using a SW / GC / CN / NA / AB / MC / DK guard does not score 99 battle pts and give S-Rank as in the JP version).
- The 'Download' option is not available for PAL yet.
- It is possible to play all 7 JP download quests in PAL if you have a USB memory card, by the same method as the US with a slightly different edit (credit: Arislan).
- US game saves work with the PAL game for gaining Event files Card awards.
- PAL Puyo Puyo Fever & PAL EpIII does NOT give you Toy Rappy.
- No new translation errors have been fixed in the English text since US release (from what I can see so far anyway).
