GC: MSN Problems

I have had problems with setting up the online mode of PSO for MSN. Every time I try to connect to the sever to get a hunter's licence, it always says "carrier not detected". I have NO idea what this means, if ANYONE can help... PLEASE help with this!!! Do I need a proxy server address or what??? I need help!!!

How are you entering in your E-Mail and such?

Yeah I am pretty sure that I am writing my e-mail address exactly like that... does MSN have a track record of being unreliable or am I just overlooking something obvious...

I think there is a problem with MSN. A few people (including me) have posted something being wrong with their connection to PSO. I emailed sega and they didn't seem to know what the problem was either.
