Help going online

Okay, I just now got PSO to go online and I am now completely lost. Mainly, I want to download new quests. But the problem is that I can't seem to figure out how. Can anyone help me out on this?

You can't, at least with Epidoes I and II.

I guess you are referring to PSO Ep1&2. if it is so, then the answer is pretty simple: there are no downloadable quests.

Okay then, one more question. Because I'm new to the online aspects of this game, what are those quests on the side bar of PSOWorld underneath "Active Online Quests" such as Lost Heat Sword and Gallon's Treachery? What are those about?
