No. 4th Evolution mags are fixed once past 100. You cannot change them into anything else. Thus the beauty of the 4th evolution mags.

Nope you are out of luck whatever 4th evolution you get it stays that way no matter what. You might as well finish it up and if you can get online and trade it or if you are offline only make a whole diffrent mag for it.
