Does there need to be a certain mag you use of the Heart of Devil on?

I think there is a limit only to rare mags.
Any other non-rare mag should be influenced, creating a Devil Wings.
Using a Heart of Devil on a Devil Wings will make a Devil Tail.

I personally prefer the Devil Wings.

Here are the exact specs:
Heart of Devil, Lv 100+ MAG. No androids.
Androids cannot equip the Devil mags.

There are certain requirements in order to use Heart of Devil on a mag.

ok thats what i wasnt sure on...if it couldnt be rare or not...cause i tried to use it on my lvl 172 Nidra and it wouldnt work...thanks for the help everyone

Hmm, I should have made my post a bit clearer I think.
I meant that rare mags don't work with it, as far as I know.
Also, did you try using it while having it on a non android character?

This can't be true, because I currently use a DAVIL'S TAIL (I hate the misspelling) that I made, on my HUcast. Yes it is legit, I got the heart of devil's in a trade.

Yes, its true. Check the guides. So you're either lying about it or your mag is actually illegit and you don't know it. Come on, be a man and join the legit heros today!
