i was wondering if i had to use a credit card for purchasing a hunters license. if not then how can i get one? please tell me as much as possible...THX

Yes you need a credit card.

Things you need:
1) Copy of PSO (der)
2) GC or X-bow (another der)
3) BBA or modem adapter
4) Router
5) Credit Card to purchase HL
6) Parent or Gaurdian over 18 (obviosuly since you need a credit card)
