special items on multiplayer

if your playing multiplayer,the two people your playing with are viridia and skyly,if a viridia kills a monster that a specialy item should drop for a skyly will it still have a possibility of dropping ?

In offline multimode, drops are based on the section ID of the first player. Nothing else.
Online, the game creator's ID determines the drops, unless you use some sort of ID changing method.
You cannot change the section ID of the game in offline multimode halfway through.
