If I'm correct, all Boss Cards are unobtainable.

well... as far as legitmate play goes... I'm sure there's probably someone working on an AR code right now...

Saciel, wouldn't work anyway, the boss cards require colors that normal SCs don't have. You could also AR the color on the side of the card as well, but we're talking about a lot of memory locations and the like that need to be found and modified for very little to show.

are the bosses from episode 1 and 2 on this game?

No, they are not. It would be awesome to C.A.R.D. battle the Dragon, but the Ep1 and Ep2 bosses are nowhere in Ep3.

Any other info you need about cards, Fomar? And I believe it's a good thing to not get turned into Flowen.
