Messed up Varista

While i was played on hard in the Ruins with my legit Humar, I stumbled across a Varista...no big deal usually...find them all the time. But when I got it tekked, it had a -5% to machine...I never knew this was possible???

-5% is possible, on a perfectly negative tek.

Items can be tekked to +/- 10% of te untekked version. You happened to have accepted a bad tekking.

However, once in a while, they do have a natural -% tek off the drop.

On DC they can have negatives off the drop, GC they hit 5% as a low if they have Photons. Then tekked, they can hop down to -5%.
