Front page hasn't been updated yet, but check out the new member spotlight. And no, I'm not just doing this cause I'm trying to self-advertise. If anyone wants to comment on the thing, feel free to in this thread. Heck, once I'm out of the spotlight, if the thread is actually alive, I'll change the name and make it a general Spotlight comments thread.

Like I said, my intent wasn't to self advertise, although it was enough to get me off my butt enough to post that it had been updated. I was thinking that maybe a thread somewhat like the RL pic thread, but more based around the Spotlight might be kind of neat. Ya know, commenting on the current member, that person replying, and people sharing and relating to events and such. IT could bomb, but it's an IDEA, dammit! ^_^

Yep, Frink started it back up. PM him if you want to be added to "the list". Not sure what his methods for choice are, I'm thinking something with a dartboard and a bunch of sticky notes, but in any case, it seems to be alive again.

When I was asked to participate in the member spotlight, Saladwood just sent me a PM asking if I wanted to be a part of it. So I accepted and used some of the earlier examples as a sort of template as well.

But yeah, it's a list now if I recall. PM Frink if you wish to be added. Revival is good in this case.

Well, were I around when the spotlight was around, I may have had a chance then. As it is, by the time I came around and really started my tenure here, the spotlight was in a kind of remission. So I would have had zero chance to be eligible for the thing. As it is, since it's restarted, I've been the only mod type person to be interviewed. Looks like about 2 per month at this point, so in another couple weeks, it'll be someone else!
