Where is everyone finding these drop rates for items?

(ex - 1/20000 for Yasha from indi belra)

Are they pulling them out their crack or is there a table/chart I'm missing??

Look under in-depth FAQs, then go to the mode you want. PSOW should be getting the rates too soon, but those may help a bit.

On the subject, are these drop chances correct, and how were they discovered, what is the origin of this discovery?

Did Sega/Sonic Team release them or did some one hack the game?

I'm in need of a little proof, something to show a skeptical friend and for the piece of mind myself.

In the rumors section, on the second point,
In Sega's drop charts, there is a question mark
for all Section ID's for ultimate Olga Flow Drops?
Where are Sega's drop charts, Do they have the chances or simply state the location of Rare Items?

Also if anybody knows, what are the chances of finding rare enemys, or a link preferably?

Thank you for your help.

These were taken from the game data by PSO players.
These charts are mostly correct (there may be a few errors since he did them all by hand).
The Roumors guide is quite old, and hasn't been updated in a while, since then we have gotten these charts (which once said that when they are activated they will be a 1/64 for the Flow/Falz drops; 1/37 for Whitill's Red Ring). I don't think Sega's charts had the chance, just the location.

Rare enemies are about or less than 1/512. Many believe it is closer to 1/400.
