GC: Gamecube Keyboard Question

I was recently about to purchase an ASCII for pso, so it would be easy to play and chat at the same time. Though I had come across these black keyboard adapters which are horrible I hear.
Though I went onto Lik-Sang and found some of these Clear Blue keyboard adapters. I wasn't sure if these would be more compatible or not. Please let me know before I decide to make my purchase of $69.00 for the ASCII or the $10.00 keyboard adapter.

usually, what you pay for is what you get..

the kb adaptor is good in a sense that you can use almost any kb with it, but it's not always work perfectly

the ascii is both a kb & a controller, but if you have big fingers, typing isn't so fun

your money, your choice..

I have long skinny fingers, heheh, so I guess that wouldn't be a problem.
