Rare cards

I was wondering is there any garenteed way to find rare cards eg get an S against Relmitos because i have only got about 30% of all the cards also does your section ID count for anything and do you keep have to unlock more rares because i once got a message saying the chances had changed form 1% to 50% or something like that.

Endu, there's no exact way to instantly attain a Soul Eater. You just have to keep playing.

Thanks guys for the support but sadly I haven't even found a soul eater yet but I've won this rare assist card called influence, but my clv is only a 14 and how in the hell do people lvl up so fast its crazy man lol.

Thanks Uchiha but the only thing is I don't play online the only thing whats stop'in me from getting online is my dad, I buyed windows xp the other day and it cost me a lot but when I got back home I stuck the cd in a my dad said don't think your putting xp on the computer and ,I said why and my dad goes because it wipe everything off the computer so I said stuff you then but when ,I have my own laptop your not using it, the resion I need windows xp because I've got aol damn thing plus my dad said he's not switching the net around again.

I had it about two month and im 39 nearly 40 i just go on and kill. And i level up about once a day when im not at school sometimes more i jus get annoyed when i dont get any new cards for a whole level
