I've somehow got myself into a pickle where I wont be able to earn a third photon blast I want no matter who I have feed it to level 50. Is it possible to get that blast later on?

What do you mean?

Yes, as long as the stats and character ID cand class are correct, you can learn a new PB at any level that is a multiple of 5 (55, 60, 65, etc.).

make a RAcaseal. EVERY, and I mean EVERY mag I have made with my RAcaseal, has ALWAYS had 3 photon blasts.

always (some exceptions) have been golla, the dolphin and the twins. (I won't like a mag unless it has twins.)

Is it something to do with the ANDROID classes making mags that automatically have the twins, due to them not being able to cast Shifta und deband.

Specific character class doesn't matter, only the character "job" and ID. And Golla isn't that good of a PB.

What classes do you have/can make, what IDs are they, what are the current stats and what are the intended stats? You can get another PB later, but we need more info to tell you exactly what you need to do with it.

Only thing that really matters is ID and job (hunter/ranger/force), except the Ep. I & II rare mags. Check out one of the mag guides, they'll tell you about how to get pb's.

ilr2000: listen to Ketchup, he's got it right. If the order of the stats will change after 50, on a multiple of 5 it'll change and you'll get your pb.
