Heaven's Punisher is simply not worth the trouble. People said Red Handgun's better.

HP is good in normal-vhard. its really no ult weapon.

for P wands from sorcerers... good luck. i heard it happening but its prolly happening once per year worldwide or something like that...

I'm afraid it doesn't get much better than that. Bluefull has what people would call the "best" drop at 1/205 (isn't that the rate?). The catch is, that drop is from a Hildetorr, which has a 1/512 chance of appearing anyway. Go figure.

Also, Heaven Punisher isn't worth the trouble at all. It can do decent damage for a handgun when you're doing regular attacks, but its special loses almost all use once you hit ult. The only character that has a remote chance of using a Heaven Punisher's special effectively in ult is a RAmarl, because they don't have crap MST.

Everybody is always bagging the Heavens Punisher. its not that bad, i agree there are many better guns but it looks kewl and ofcourse you could get it for bragging rights.

its not good, but its obssesive. my friend has a heaven punisher and refuses to not use it except for when its special doesnt work.

Meh, as far as Ultimate goes, HP is only really decent in the Mines.
As for the "insane drop rate", there has to be somethings that are very rare. That's just the way it is. No BS about it.

red sword here.. ive been going thought the caves so many times.. i was lvl 89 when i first started to try and find it.. im lvl 118 about to hit 119 and i have only found 2 chain sawds.. no redswords.. 2 demo-comets... and.. thats it!!maybe some other usless junk but nothing that i want ;[

If I found any kind of 1/10000+ rare I would die of shock. Due to in 2000+hrs of play I am to even have sniffed one.

In my neighbors, brothers, and my combined hours we have only found 1 rare that has a terrible drop rate. And it was pointless. Going thru normal mode my bro got a DB'S SABER off something in his Yellowboze. I looked it up and the DR was something rediculous.

MMhhmmmmm the HP really does suck although it does own on norm-Vhard but when you get to ult the most it could act for is an exp leach weapon cuz it does hit most targets so the only thing it would be good for is a person in a 4 player team that is too low lvl to actually fight and do damage so they can just use the special hit all the guys and then run...HP is just kinda one of those weapons that you show around and say ha i have and you dont lol
