You heard it folks, I need some good band and/or song recommendations, and I've chosen you for the job. Remy Zero and BNL? Hmm... two bands I really like, so let's see...

Have you listened to any Jimmy Eat World? Not necessarily their new stuff, though I prefer it, but if you like Remy Zero, you might like one or two of their older songs. I dunno.

I've heard some people compare They Might Be Giants to Barenaked Ladies. Never gotten into them myself, but they're pretty talented.

Some general bands that I think everyone likes include: The Strokes, Weezer, The White Stripes

Nobody seems to have a problem with these guys: Fastball, Everclear, Better Than Ezra

For some semi-obscure stuff that's just really good I'd suggest Damien Rice. Just really good music. Sure, it's something like Irish Folk, but it's really good. For the sheer talent involved, it's worth it.

Just like to emphasize this song, as despite the fact it's pretty much just a standard upbeat song, it is my favorite song EVAR.
