The blue-black stone?

does anybody know where i can get one and what section id i have to be. plz i already read the rare items list and it doesnt show anything so any help would be appreciated

as far as i know you can only get the blue-black stone from the online quest gallon's shop by trading photon drops. should be in the 40-50 photon drop range.

The only way to obtain the blue-back stone is at Gallon's Shop, I think you need 45 photon drops, there is a guide on the site about it.
