So I am getting some weapons soon and I need to find out which is stronger/better.

Twinkle Star v.s. Summit Moon
Striker of Chao v.s. Elysion

Twinkle Star gives a 20% boost to Simple Techs, Magical Piece gives a 30% boost to simple techs.

Your choice is now clear.

Striker of Chao is better imo because 1) It gives you a MST boost, unlike Elysion and 2) It gives the user uber SD range, unlike the Elysion.

What does it mean when it says 100+Tech Level?
