finally i got my hands on a demolition comet im so happy after about an hour of piping mil lillies i got killed by one that finally showed up but then i found another one in another hour. you dont have to reply just am so excited!!!!!!

I remember my first demo. Was so happy I got it. And you dieing reminds me of trying for the sange. Was piping Mils and I suddenly found one. I'm like, "OMG OMG YESSS!!!!!" And unfortunetly for me, I didn't know that a Mil in the room increases the megid lvl of all other to it's own. So...I thought I was safe and BAM!!! thanks yeah i was mad but i also thought it was funny when i was talking to my friend and i was also like omg finally a mil... then i died and it was funny in a way but i did think about breaking it i was so mad.

Kidding aside, congrats on the Demo Comet. Both my Hunter babes use them as their primary weapon (until I get Double Comet and S-rank twin). That is to say, its a good weapon.

Heh, I found my Hunny a Demo Comet yesterday afternoon. Took me around 40 mins of piping Lillies in the Addicting Food quest. It's helped me a lot in my quest to look for a God/Battle.

I've been trying to attain a Demolition Comet with my Skyly HUcast for a bit now, but no luck. Stupid slimes. >_<

Everyone knows how much of a pain splitting slimes with an android is, so I was wondering, does anyone think I should just pipe the room with two slimes without splitting them?

You should measure the time it takes for you to split the slimes twice, and the time it takes for you to telepipe, and see what the fastest is I suppose.

paronis -- i am currently piping for three lavis cannons with a droid and it isn't that bad, despite what everyone says. you will be a little slower than a fleshie, but you should be able to handle the slimes with relative ease. first off, what are you using to split them? if you're an RA use an untekked spread-class weapon. (this is what i'm using to get my lavis cannons, and it works wonders.) if you're a HU use an untekked slicer-class weapon (or an untekked partisan-class weapon if you don't mind getting up close). from there all you need is meseta. the drop you're after is 1/2, so you should be able to get it quickly. obviously there are times where the drop rates misbehave on a sickening scale. stick with it and you will be rewarded.

Yeah, he's a HUcast.

My problem is that the slimes usually end up taking each other out. Is there anyway I can prevent this?

Congrats on your find, I have a demo comet and it's my weapon of choice for my HUcast, it's certainly an improvement for my Yamato ^_^. I found it after about 1 1/2 hours of piping for mils in ultimate caves.

i think i got one that will top all of you, it's a bit ironic... i was doin the FoS runs tryin to find me a hildetorr so i can finally get a Frozen Shooter, and i had like 7 hildelts running around in different rooms throughout forest2 and when i headed to the southeast room wit 3 hildetorrs i noticed that there was a hidletorr, after doing like 20 flips i realized i needed some type of gun cause last time i faced one at lvl 67 i died from one smack. i searched the whole lvl and found a handgun, and after busting 20 caps he finally died to leave me ... a... freakin...vulcan+1...Freakin hildetorr!

I learned that the hard way. And it wasn't even a mil. A lil pal rappy walked up to my lvl 50ish redria reacaseal (when I was piping red handguns) and POW!!! i got pecked to death. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif no scape either. OMG! I have the funniest story about rare enemies. *Smiles, thinking back to when he had just begun Ultimate* I was doing The Fake in Yellow, Piping for Hero/Abilities in the room with two waves of 7 Rappies. (I can pipe WAY faster in that room then in the room with 8 ) I was getting tired of piping after 6 hrs. and I decided to kill the rappies and pipe again later. OMG! TWO fat Pal Rappies dropped down as I ran over. *laughs* The Rappies murdered me slowly as they surrounded me. lol, It sucked but it was also pretty funny and Ironic. Afterwards, I took on the sencond wave in the same room and got 1 Pal on the 2nd Pipe. Then I got another on the 9th. The game was saying sorry lol. EDIT: Got it last night. Found a Mil on the tenth pipe, and it dropped a Demo Comet. No percents, though.

I just got my first Demolition Comet about an hour ago. I seem to have luck with 1/2 drops. I always get them on the first try. I must say, the Demolition Comet is a great improvement ( im offline only, lvl 100, still using yamato+60 ). I love it!!!

I got my Demo Comets a while ago. I piped a red slime, and accidently split it. Guess what? It split into a second red slime. They both dropped Demo Comets, but with the best being 35% A. Beast. It's not really that hard of a drop.

I got my first Demolition Comet without piping. I remember one time when I was on a quest of Addicting Food. An Ob Lily dropped me a Poison/Cure, and later on I came upon a Mil Lily. That dropped me a Demolition Comet! It wasn't what I was looking for. But I was so happy... And I continue on to what I was looking for. A Lavis Cannon. I was piping for a red slime, and when one came from splitting, I was using techniques (FOnewearl) like crazy that causes very little damage per cast. Finally when it dies, carefully not to kill a blue one, it dropped a red box! A Lavis Cannon. My body was literally shaking with excitement. That's one of my PSO dreams since the Dreamcast versions, finally came true (I was stuck with a hacked one). I saved the game quick as possible just in case of a power failure, even though I wasn't expecting it and it didn't happen. That was one lucky night I had, with all of these 3 items in that single run.
