Heh, how are they theifs? The new releases of PSO have a tradewindow.

Thiefs in the earlier versions of PSO is an entirely different story. You never trusted anyone unless you knew them quite well. You'd die and drop whatever weapon you were carrying, as well as all your meseta on character, and anyone could pick them up.

You'd trade by dropping items on the ground and hope the person you were trading with did'nt drop something really lame just to get your item.

But ok, off to Cheaters I'll put this. If you're playing the GC or X-box releases of the game, make sure you use the trade window correctly.

It helps if you put the system and Ship/Block in the title.

Also, try not to trade with suspicous people (since there is a trade window glitch I believe). Also, keep in mind that if you trade you may not be considered legit.

After all, they're clearly disregarding ST's wishes in playing the game. The creators definitely wanted you to trade with other people. I mean heck, they even put a built-in trade window into the latest versions. Failing to trade is manipulating the game and disregarding ST's intentions in order to best serve yourself.

Manipulating the game? WTF?
And by this same notion you also deem people who don't play CMode or Battle Mode to be illegit? Or those who haven't found legit Sealed J swords (because SEGA intended for them to be found)? And what about those who don't/can't pay SEGA's monthly fee to play online? Damned cheaters, the lot of them... BTW not trading is a DISadvantage that legit players bring upon themselves to try to be as legit as possible.

Or was this just a subtle joke?

No way, I was completely serious. Another thing I hate: when people get poisoned and they use an Antidote. Those damn stupid cheating bastards. If you get poisoned, it is obviously your fault, and you should just let the poison flow through your veins. Using an Antidote to remedy the situation is a clear breach of the ToS, not to mention your personal honor.

Oh NOW we're talking! What really pisses me off are those cheating bastards that sit behind those shop counters all day selling these illegitimate items on P2. I mean WTF, how dare they sell their wares illegally! All this money should be going to Sonic Team for their hard work on clamping down on cheaters, not to some black market punk asses who think they can get away with selling Antidotes and the like. Well we can all rest assured I've just completed the new cheater report form thingy and no doubt Sonic Team will arrive swiftly upon the proverbial black horse to administer justice, pain and castration to all cheating infidels.
