I see that in Jazhara's Guide to Nidras, That after you get to lv 50, It gains the twins, Well after that I had Ila and gave it back to the ranger... but then it became The regular mag. Will that conflict with It's Final Evolution?

As long as the stats follow the formula, you will still get the Mag. Previous Mags don't matter (besides PBs).
