I just can't stand it when people don't read it though.

And it doesn't say the Yami exactly, but the 6th bullet down reads:

All items that are dropped by enemies that are availible offline can drop their item both online and offline.

Truth be told ketchup, that quote really doesn't help very much. If he hadn't searched the item database, he wouldn't know if the Yamigarasu dropped from an offline enemy on any section ID. That quote is very confusing too. I'd like to point out that the grammar is incorrect. All items can drop their items? Basically what that quote says is "If you can find it offline, you can find it online too." And if he had never checked the guides or read the stickies he probably wouldn't know what enemies could only be found online anyway.

People are lazy and would rather have other people look up stuff for them!

To actually answer the question, yes. VIRIDIA Deldepth and WHITILL Sinow Zele, both in Ult Seabed.

To be of further assistance, anything that drops from an Ill Gill, Del Lily or Epsilon is unavailble offline unless you have PSO+, as they're found only in the Control Tower quests.
