'Singing by the Beach' quest?

wasn't there supposed to be a quest called singing by the beach? as far as i know you should be able to access it if you have 10 lucky tickets from the famitsu2 quest.. so, i have those. nonetheless, the quest still isn't in the list for me. whats wrong, does anyone know about this?

Singing by the Beach was a limited time only quest back in January, a few months after PSO came out.
It was already available without the tickets, the tickets got you items from the Rappies at the beach.
(Kinda forgot wether it gave you the GAME MAGAZINE immideatly or not...)

It was Removed Febuary...


I might be wrong, cause GOD that was awhile ago...
