I just found the DB's Sword AUW 3069 in ult. ruins with my bluefull. When i looked at it's stats it sucked. What is so special about this weapon or does it just suck?

It is a collector's item. Most of the 10* DB's and Flowen's Swords aren't that useful (exception is Yellowboze ones).
